Telnet client visual additions

Added some visual improvements (textures :D) for ground, water and rock tiles.
Movement is limited to 1 step/250ms
Server sends now control sequences to switch the client to raw character mode. By default, line mode is active in clients, so the data is sent only when the user press enter. With this, server is capable to get simple keypresses for movement or any user input.
